Cancellation Policy
All color appts require a $50 deposit in order to be approved. That can be sent via Venmo (paintedbyc), Zelle/Apple Cash (860-808-6878). Payment method also applies to payments day of appointment. Once appointment is approved, deposit is nonrefundable. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment in order to be able to book again in the future. For all other cancellations - $50 deposit can be used to reschedule as long as it’s within the same month.
